Transitioning from Senior Consultant to Senior Leadership, she recognized the need for a comprehensive LMS (Leadership Management Strategist) program. This expansion aimed to empower businesses further.

By 2020, Chitkala's passion for supporting startups, both within her network and externally, sparked a groundbreaking concept: Startup As A Service (SAAS). This initiative channeled all her accumulated expertise into a single, powerful discipline.
