Review: Yes, Overall very good product. It was the highlight of my 2024 Golu.
Website is nice and the product pictures were good. Super helpful to choose. Customer service was great and they were able to expedite shipping and I received a day earlier than what they promised.
Some of the negatives- not sure why we cannot pay immediately and order. Extra 1-2 days to generate invoice is not efficient.
Also the pic description was 5.5 inches and mine was much shorter than that. I thought they sent the wrong product but the description was for the length, not the height. How do we know that? It is bait and switch. Please don’t do that in the USA. Descriptions need to be accurate. I was not happy with that. ”
